phone stalkers

for sometime last year, i was getting missed calls by an unknown number. the deliberate kind of missed calls where the person disconnects after a ring and a half, and if its done everyday for almost a month, its quite certainly not a mistake.

this year, it happened again, with a different number. it went on for over a month and half (i never called back at anytime), until one day i finally decided i had to know who it was and so i called back immediately. got no answer. an hour later i got this message (quote unquote):

“Dear Nam tho u r younger but in looks i m youger than u. I wish 2 make on appro priat way friend ship with hope u agreed. Pl sms ur email id. After wards i sh’ll pass on u my email add. I await ur fastest response. “

so whoever it is knows my name, though i have no idea who it is. certainly needs lessons in grammar and spelling! i messaged back, “who is this” and got a reply after a while:

“An honest one human being who never give hurt 2 anybody. Still any qurry ?”

so i messaged back saying i am not interested, please don’t call me etc. thankfully no response. the missed calls stopped for a couple of days, and then began again. i messaged again that didn’t you understand what i said the first time… stop calling me. so it stopped, but last night i got one more missed call, this time from a different number. but i can’t help wondering if its the same person. stalking doesn’t get women to respond!! why don’t the creeps get it. i think we also need a creep registry!
